Job Description

We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious plates & charcuterie for our customers. Chef responsibilities include researching recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. we only have brunch, wee plates & platters. No 3 course meals. Limited prep.

Responsibilities
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Learn all menus available
• Perform daily checks to ensure all kitchen equipment is in good condition and report any issues
• Ensure that food is prepared according to recipes and placed on the table promptly
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen (e.g. sweeping, mopping...)
• Order supplies to make sure there are enough ingredients and high-quality ingredients that are available at all times
• Collaborate with other kitchen staffs
