PPM & Helpdesk Administrator Temp - Perm

We have an excellent opportunity to join the team at Qwest Services in Winsford.

We are recruiting PPM & Helpdesk Administrator to join on a temp - perm basis.

The hours for this role are 8:30am - 4:30pm and the salary whilst temping is £13.38 per hour.

What you will be doing -

You will play an instrumental role in the operation, financial performance and reporting of the PPM contract. You will report back on operational PPM issues which affect the financial performance of the contract, aiding senior Management in their understanding of the reasons behind contract current performance. You will also act as the main point of contact for escalations from the client.

Key Responsibilities -
• Act as PPM lead for the QWEST contract, building close relationships with colleagues and sub-contractors to ensure best practice is shared.
