Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Children's Residential Youth Worker to work full time based in Wellingborough.

The salary for this permanent Children's Residential Youth Worker job is up to £23,788 per annum.

Main duties:
• Work with all young people of the home carrying out care plans to ensure that their physical, emotional and social well-being is cared for and feeding back relevant information to Keyworkers as appropriate
• This will include undertaking assessments, admission and discharge arrangements in accordance with the departmental policies
• Provide services and counsel individually and/or in groups to facilitate implementation of care plans
