Document Administrator

Our very well established, successful, and constantly developing client based in Stroud currently have a vacancy for a Document Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis, in a 6-month contract (until December 2024).

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring that documents with incorrect information do not get passed through to the customer, and to communicate identified errors to the wider team. In this role, office experience is essential, as well as impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Working as part of the Quality team, ensure documents moving throughout the business are accurate with the correct information specified.
• Ensure errors are identified and communicated through to relevant teams.
• Keep track of repeat errors and feed back to team for further investigation.
• Ensure internal system maintained with accurate and up to date documents and information.
