Dairy Partners are a long established family owned British dairy company supplying UK and overseas markets. We manufacture a range of pasta filata cheese products including mozzarella and pizza cheese in various formats for some of the leading food companies across the globe.

We work in close partnership with British dairy farmers as well as customers delivering healthy cheese and other dairy products.

Position:

We are looking for someone to join our team to manage the Company sales ledger and run the monthly payroll, specifically:
• Sales Ledger which includes invoicing, raising credits
• Assist with sending monthly pricing
• Reconciling bank accounts weekly
• Sales Ledger reconciliations
• Support for Control and Purchase Ledger
• Payroll process end to end

Sales Ledger Administration duties include:
• Sales invoicing
• Run report of loaded invoices and credit notes daily to check against bank account
• Reconcile bank accounts on SAP
• Run daily bank statements
