Learning Support Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

â— Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

â— Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

â— Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

â— Deliver catch-up sessions

Learning Support Assistant Non-negotiables:

â— Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.

â— Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
