We are looking for an administrator to co-ordinate a team of engineers. This is working for a friendly and informal company who are looking for an efficient administrator with great customer service skills and sense of humour.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and engineers by telephone and e-mail
• Organising engineer’s calendars, booking maintenance visits (which includes gaining entry permits where applicable).
• Hiring of equipment, towers, vans as required
• Allocation of job and quote numbers.
• Raising and allocating purchase orders to, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Taking telephone calls and dealing with queries and call-outs.
• Tracking job progress.
• Hours 8 till 5
