Location: Gravesend (Hybrid) 3 days office

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client in Gravesend. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the MD.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for directors.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including logistics and follow-up.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Anticipate needs and proactively assist executives in managing their time effectively.
