We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support to the Divisional Manager and project team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within stipulated timeframes, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel in:
• Maximizing project success and commercial control to achieve optimal returns through timely submission of monthly applications.
• Managing projects by accurately forecasting and controlling costs.
• Taking responsibility for commercial reporting on assigned contracts, including forecasting and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), where applicable.
• Ensuring projects adhere to legal and quality standards outlined in contract documents.
• Conducting client meetings to understand their needs, discuss revisions for pricing or feasibility, and secure farming opportunities.
• Producing and presenting monthly commercial reports and Works in Progress (WIP) review meetings to senior stakeholders.
