Why the E2E Strategy Team?

The E2E Strategy team is a central piece to every planning element of the marketing plans in Latam. This position leads the experience & implementation strategy of every plan; integrates all functions within marketing, ensures creative consistency to match how the consumer buys and consumes the product; and ensures other functions like VTM, DAO, feature the wider strategy we oversee in their implementation. In other words, the E2E Strategy team play an instrumental role in how everything related to marketing comes to life in our consumers lives.

What are we looking for?

The responsibility in ensuring we remain relevant in such a prevalent position; is to ensure our people understand how the consumers feel, live, behave, and consume our products (if at all).
