Responsibilities
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Administrative support of departmental VP
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Travel arrangements as needed
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications
• DEC in Administrative/Secretarial Studies
• Min. 2 years in an Administrative role
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual (English, French) – written and spoken
