Medical Office Assistant

Rothesay Family Health Clinic is a multi-physician Family Medicine Clinic. We are dedicated to providing high quality comprehensive primary care to the people in southern New Brunswick. We are looking for a medical office assistant to start as soon as possible. This position is the central role in the clinic and the important point of first contact for patients. It requires a motivated person who excels in multitasking and self-direction – someone who looks for what needs to be done. Confidentiality, patient service and conflict resolution are essential. Due to our exposure to vulnerable populations, it is required that staff are compliant to Public Health recommendations (e.g., immunizations).

General Responsibility

● General office management:
• Opening and closing the office (setting alarm, locks, lights)
• Maintaining and ordering office, exam, and clinical supplies (paper, toner, water, bathroom supplies, etc.)
