Process Engineer-in-Training

Reporting to the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Processing, the Process Engineer-in-Training, is responsible for developing a strategy for increased throughput, leading improvement initiatives, and optimizing plant performance. The successful candidate will work closely with operators, maintainers and supervisors to optimize circuit performance, analyze process results, and perform process and lab-based tests to prove new and innovative technological improvements and system changes.

To be successful, we are looking for an energetic team player who has excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills. An adaptable, self-motivated individual with a keen desire to take on new challenges, think outside the box and an ability to interact at all levels of the department.
