Supported Housing Assistant Twickenham Part Time

30 Hours We are recruiting for a part time support worker. This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week on a rolling 4 week rota, with shifts which include days, evenings and some weekends.

This role is based at our new service in Ashford, Surrey which accommodates 31 single homeless individuals with varying and/or complex needs.

Responsibilities Supporting with tenancy sustainment Maximising income through employment, or by managing successful access to benefits Connecting tenants to services and activities that will enable them to thrive To be successful, you must have experience of key working a case load of adults experiencing homelessness and presenting with complex needs/dual diagnosis.
