• Provide customer service by communicating timelines and managing expectations.
• Use logistics software to increase productivity.
• Coordinate the loading of orders, and dispatch trucks and drivers to effectively meet customer demands.
• Complete and maintain necessary documents for orders.
• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
• Escorting wide load deliveries when needed.
