We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to lead our equipment maintenance and warehousing operations. As the Fleet Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all equipment, from cranes to supporting gear, remains in exceptional condition. Your strategic approach to preventive and predictive maintenance will directly impact our organizational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Strategy Implementation:
• Develop and implement the Group-wide maintenance strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to Fleet Maintenance policies and mindset throughout the organization.

Equipment Condition Management:
• Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition, both technically and aesthetically.
• Prioritize safety and ensure full deployability of equipment at all times.

Preventive Maintenance:
