This is a junior level position that provides direct support to the General Counsel for North America, focusing on the implementation of legal policies and procedures, corporate matters, and litigation in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Working closely with regional management and legal teams, you will contribute to legal strategy, contract drafting and negotiation, and overall risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Support:

Assist in implementing group legal policies and procedures across North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico).

Provide legal advice to sales teams on contracting, risk management and compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, etc.) to understand business needs and ensure legal compliance.

Litigation:

Assist with preparing and following up on litigation matters as directed by the General Counsel.

Contribute to developing legal strategies in collaboration with local management.
