Restaurant Manager – Drimsynie Estate

Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village, Lochgoilhead is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the delivery of an exceptional service for all guests who visit our View restaurant, Rob Roy Bar, Fireside Bar and DC Takeaway. A friendly park home community.

Location: Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village, Lochgoilhead, Argyll, Scotland PA24 8AD
Employment Type: Full Time 45-hour contract
Salary: Competitive + Bonus opportunity
Shift Patterns: Mon – Fri / Weekends / Bank Holidays / Day & Evening shifts

About the role:

Having attention to detail and being able to prioritize tasks are some of the key qualities required as a Restaurant Manager and we will expect you to lead by example.

To be successful as a Restaurant Manager you must have excellent people skills as well as experience in running a bar and restaurant environment.
