What will you do:

In clinic (Kilmarnock)

This is effectively a blended role:

Patient Co-ordinator - responsible for making sure the patient journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Dealing with all patient communication including calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media messages. Creating a welcoming environment in clinic and comfortably chat to patients. Conducting patient follow ups and document all aspects in patient records. Responsible for management of clinic diary, processing online skincare sales and working with the team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
