Due to ongoing success and a commitment to customer satisfaction, they now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Health & Safety Manager to join their winning team.

The position

The Health & Safety Lead will support the implementation of our Manufacturing Health & Safety (H&S) Strategy though the engagement of employees and management of projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on our operations as we seek to elevate our Health & Safety performance, systems and culture.

You will have four main areas of responsibility:

• Strategy Implementation – to implement the Manufacturing H&S strategy through the frontline coaching of all line managers and employees.
