Manpower Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part time Contracts Administrator to work on-site with a large manufacturing company in the Derry area.

Hours Of Work

15 hours per week

Must be flexible with working hours to cover some mornings, evenings and weekends

Main Duties

Check and photocopy documents and upload to in-house systems

To liaise with shift managers regarding temporary staff

Report back any issues to your Manpower Team Lead

Assist temporary production staff with setting up payroll apps

Speak to temporary production staff regarding performance, and any issues they are facing

Remind temporary staff to enter weekly working hours

General administration duties

About You

You must have excellent communication skills and be IT Literate. You must have a flexible approach to working hours. The production plant operates on a 24/7 shift pattern basis so you may work mornings or evenings depending on the business needs.
