We have a great opportunity for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the historic Rainhill Hall Hotel, assisting the kitchen function in a busy and unique accommodation setting.

KEY DUTIES

1. Ensure you are familiar with hotel emergency procedures

2. Ensure you are fully compliant with the hotel Health & Safety policy

3. Ensure you are fully compliant with the hotel Fire Safety policy

4. Ensure back of house and preparation areas are maintained and clean

5. Use and store chemicals safely and according to relevant COSHH data sheets

6. Operate a ‘station’ within the kitchen department

7. Ensure all food is cooked to the correct specification and in accordance with hotel standards of presentation

8. Ensure your work area is clean, tidy and presentable at all times

9. Ensure hotel standards and procedures are in place and maintained at all times

10. Ensure you work in a manner that is fully compliant with Health & Safety legislation at all times
