Blickling Ward is looking for a Charge Nurse as we seek to support nurse led care in our Older People Services at Julian Hospital.

This is a very exciting post which will allow you to use your clinical skills and leadership to help develop our nursing team to ensure we are providing excellent and compassionate care to our female service users during a time of intensive crisis.

If you feel you have the skills to help us make a difference and have the ability to offer person-centred care while building trusting relationships to increase engagement with individuals suffering from severe mental illness we would welcome your expression of interest.

The Main Duties Are
• Assessing patients and delivering care specific to needs
• Monitoring the effectiveness of treatment including medication and activities
• Clinical leadership for the staff within the ward environment
• Help Complex Decision making in the nursing team
• Developing junior staff
• Providing assurance of patient safety
