The Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Kings Lynn, is an integrated team comprising colleagues from both NSFT and QEH. You would be a key stakeholder in ensuring we remain an integral part of the acute services of QEH.

We are proud to be accredited under the Psychiatric Liaison Accreditation Network (PLAN). You would be part of ensuring we maintain PLAN standards

We are looking for someone who can lead by example and demonstrate good collaborative working, placing emphasis on the Recovery Model. This is an exciting time within NSFT to be part of creating a new way of working which will include developing close working relationships with other NSFT teams and alliance partners.

You will be suitably qualified / registered as a Nurse / Social Worker or Occupational Therapist and be able to evidence your knowledge of mental health by your level of experience in both clinical and leadership roles, particularly as part of multi-disciplinary teams... More Detail
