This role is only open to those staff directly employed by KCC and temporary agency staff undertaking KCC work.

Internal secondment would be considered.

We are currently seeking a full time Business Support Officer with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and a strong background in budget management. This role is integral to our operations, providing critical support to our older persons care centres in Westbrook and Tenterden.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee budgetary and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial practices, and supporting the financial aspects of governance alongside our partners in Health
• Generate and analyse reports, providing insights into financial performance
• Offer support and guidance to business support staff and maintain the efficiency of administrative systems
