A small yet well established and award winning organisation based in Henley on Thames, is looking to recruit an IT literate, organised and personable Data Administrator to join their team.

Due to a recent change in software the first 6 months will involve working on a project transferring data from the old system to the new system. In house training will be given.

The role would then evolve from 6 months onwards to include further duties such as
• Being a point of contact for incoming new enquiries and queries on existing projects
• Managing emails via the company inbox
• Booking surveys onto Google calendars for a team of 3 surveyors and taking full survey details
• Preparing enquiry sheets and arranging access
• Raising project numbers and inputting details / project information for surveys
• Allocating all tenders to our surveying team and collating information
