Gillespie Recruitment are looking to speak to experienced Registered Managers within the care sector, specifically home care or domiciliary care, on behalf of our client an established healthcare agency.

Candidates will need to ensure the activities of the role are delivered in a safe, smooth, and efficient manner, ensuring a professional service is delivered to all service users, care staff, visitors, clients, and junior staff.

You will demonstrate an understanding of the local market and competitors and to activity promote and create new business opportunities. This role is overall responsible to ensure that this division of the business fully complies with all legislation acts including those issued by the Health & Safety, Data Protection, Care Quality Commission, Disclosure and Barring Service and UK Border Agency and in doing so is directly accountable to the owners, regulatory body (CQC) and the Health & Safety Executive Board.
