Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the region’s leading training providers as they add to their team due to expansion.

We are looking to speak to experienced operations officers who are looking for a new challenge. The role will be hands on, supporting the introduction of a new electronic system into the business.

The position is to monitor the standards within the business, ensuring effective delivery of contracted services. The post will ensure the adhering to policy, standards, and legislation by interacting with support staff and the attendance at external monitoring meetings with contractors.

Duties include:

Monitoring contractual compliance, providing regular performance summaries and feedback to senior management.

Assist business support with the production of monthly reports that provide essential data and statistics relating to contracted services.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
