Affinity Workforce are looking for energetic individuals who are looking to work in an education setting. We are working with 21 schools across Northamptonshire and Peterborough to secure people with a positive 'can-do' and bubbly attitude to join primary, secondary and special school teams and make a real impact on the lives of the pupils

Responsibilities
• Supporting children with special educational needs, including but not limited to autism, mental health difficulties, ADHD and Down Syndrome
• Working with the class teacher and SENCo to construct impactful IEPs to make sure young people are getting the most out of their education
• Support 1:1 and adapt tasks in lessons to be accessible to children with additional needs and present tasks in a way that the child will enjoy and understand
