A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in Accrington are looking for a Project Design Engineer to join their growing team!

The successful Project Design Engineer will have excellent 3D CAD skills, experience managing projects from cradle to grave and have an understanding of machinery. You will be responsible for engineering projects making sure they are within budget and delivered on time. Daily tasks will include GA drawings, making sure projects are structured within ERP Systems, creating new designs, BOMs and dealing with customer requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project design engineer who wants to work within a growing department where in return the company will support career development.

Project Design Engineer Requirements
• Degree/HNC level in Mechanical Engineering
• 3D CAD – Solidworks (or similar)
• Special Purpose Machinery design (desirable)
