Prestige Nursing East Lancashire is looking for an additional Care Coordinator to join our office team in planning, organising and rostering support for individuals utilising our services within their own homes and care settings.

We are offering a competitive salary package of £27,300 to £31,875 p/a dependant on experience to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Having secured a significant amount of new work opportunities, we need compassionate, committed, caring staff to join our team and support our service users across the region.

Experience of planning and rostering is preferred but not essential, however the candidate should have a flexible, enthusiastic, can-do attitude to join the team working from our Blackburn office.
