Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Bilingual Intervenor at Serenity House, located in Kent County NB. The Intervenor will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and advocacy services to women experiencing violence. The role includes assisting women in accessing resources and services, providing emotional support.

Qualifications
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to provide emotional support
• Knowledge of local community resources
• Experience in supporting individuals experiencing violence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
