GFL Environmental is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Winnipeg, MB! The ideal candidate will repair and maintain all aspects of the operating system at the recycling plant on Mazenod Road. This is a 2:30pm - 11pm shift.

Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree.

• Able to work in a dusty environment.

• Minimum one year mechanical repair experience.

• Forklift license.

• Scissor lift or genie boom experience is considered an asset.

• Fall arrest license is considered an asset.

• Able to work from heights.

• Able to work overtime as needed.

Duties

• Daily system inspection is to be performed at the beginning and end of each shift. Document any discrepancies found on a deficiency report.
