Primary function:

The Thailand Senior Project Engineer leading transfer significant projects, monitors, reports and acts on project timelines and budget. Effectively communicate this within the factory and corporate shareholders.

Reports to: Project Manager & Corporate Management

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Create and maintain Gantt charts, and manage critical path, constraints, resource loading and milestones
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Developing inter-departmental or cross plant functional teams
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
