CIRCLE SPIN SDN BHD. seeks a SENIOR JIG DESIGN & TURNING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name.
• Assemble and design jigs and tools using schematics/drawings and devising work-holding solutions that reduce set-up times
• Read turning machine blueprints and tooling instructions, perform regular machine maintenance, and make adjustments to the turning controls such as the depth of the cuts and the rotation speed.
• Determining the methods and the sequencing of operations and ensuring that jigs and tools function with proper angles/contours and create strategies for ramp up and scale up the production.
• Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using measuring instruments.
