Responsibilities :
• Providemedication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation andcounselling services
• Provideexcellent service and maintain good relationship withcustomers
• Manageand oversee outlet operation, aligning to company branding& businessstrategy
• Promoteintensive range and category of products in fulfilling customerneeds
• Leadthe outlet staffs as a team to achieve salesKPI
• Performpoison & inventorycontrol
• Managinggood poison recording and scheduled poison-relatedissues
• Performinternal and external training for continuous professionaldevelopment
• Handlingstaff duty schedule
• Stayup to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge andlatest pharmacologyfinding
• Participatein company promotional activities asrequired
