Your Responsibilities
• As the go-to person for important customers, you handle all their concerns
• Advocate for customers within the company and coordinate activities and communications
• Assess new customers, find sales opportunities, provide solutions, and negotiate on our behalf
• Recognize potential for additional sales, plan customer-related strategies, and document all sales activities
• Identify key customer contacts, maintain relationships, and lead the account management team

Your Profile
• Hold a university degree in business or have relevant sales experience in drive technology
• Expertise in diesel engines and strong knowledge of off-highway markets like agriculture and construction
• Proven track record in key account management and relationship building
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, resilience, reliability, hands-on approach, and strong loyalty
