9AM - 6PM

salary : RM9000 - RM20000
- Origination and execution of corporate finance engagements including Business valuation, M&A, Fund raising, Intangible asset valuation, financial model review, Business strategy, and Market entry study.
- Develop various financial models and standard templates, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review.
- Describe an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results.
- Manage Group budget, forecast, and assess management risks of all financial aspects and prepare the report for the Board of Directors.
- Project management including the drafting and appraisal of information memorandum, business plans, financial models, and valuation approaches.
