Job Responsibility
• To achieve monthly sales targets discussed and set by the management team.
• To perform follow-up for potential unfinished deals and customers.
• To perform sourcing of cold leads or new sales opportunities.
• To liaise with the R&D team closely for customersâ enquiries.
• To arrange food presentations, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers.
• To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.
• To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
• To collect orders, trace production and trace delivery.
• To proactively follow up on payment and collect payment.
• To perform after-sales service to new and existing customers.
• To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior.
• To submit weekly sales reports to superiors.
• To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc).
