Candidate requirements :
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a hotel kitchen as a sous chef.
• A valid RSA ID is essential.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Must have experience in health and safety and be able to maintain and implement it in the workplace.
• Must have experience with Q-pro or similar audit systems.
• Must have experience in the disciplining of staff and ensure a good working environment.
• Must be able to assist with menu planning and costings of each dish.
• Must know about POS, capturing invoices, and ordering.
• Must have experience catering for functions up to 500 pax.
• Must have experience in fine dining, ala carte as well as buffets.
