Overview

The Senior Manager, Payroll will manage the end-to-end payroll process, seek creative opportunities for improvement, and partner with leaders and teams across the company on payroll related matters. The Senior Manager, Payroll is a vital member of our Finance department and will oversee the payroll process for our approximately 20,000 employees located in the U.S, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and assist with exempt and non-exempt payroll transactions on a periodic basis.• Assist with internal/external payroll audits and compliance reporting including 401(k) and Workers Compensation• Strong multi-state tax and payroll compliance experience• Reconcile and validate payroll data prior to Ceridian’s transmissions.• Audits payroll information for accuracy and reconciles payroll deposits and wage garnishments.• Ensure all off-cycle, special payroll runs, bonuses, and incentives are processed.• Works closely with Human Resources...
