Semcac is a Community Action Agency and part of the Minnesota Community Action Partnership network, consisting of 24 agencies plus Indigenous Tribes across the State of Minnesota. Also, Minnesota is part of the National Community Action network of over 1,000 agencies, nationwide. Community Action celebrates 60 years of helping people and changing lives in 2024.

Semcac Head Start is seeking a Mental Health professional to serve Head Start children, families, and team members in six southeastern Minnesota counties. Disciplines considered marriage & family therapy, clinical social work, behavioral & developmental pediatrics, mental health counseling, psychiatry, psychology, and psychiatric nursing. Preferred experience working with young children. Sixteen Head Start classrooms are located in the counties of Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Steele and Winona.

Contract for services position, to be negotiated depending on candidate qualifications.
