Position Summary

Monitoring, analysis and control of optimal inventory levels
• Timely Detection/Notification/Escalation of Potential Critical Material Issues
• Stay within the Premium objective
• Weekly disposal of Excess and Obsolete with monthly control (ABC's / E&O)
• Compliance KPIs
• Conduct yourself with standardized work
• Filling of Monitoring Boards
• Compliance with Security Policy

Your Role
• Follow-up with suppliers, allocation teams for escalation and metrics in daily meetings
• Monitor that all parameters in SAP are active to correctly transmit requirements to suppliers.
• Analyze and manage optimal inventory levels, which must be in accordance with what is established in the weekly metrics.
• Ensure maintaining the flow of information on impact notifications with suppliers and allocation teams.
• Stay within the forecast regarding expenses, for each request a prior valid and confirmed analysis is needed.
