What you would do as a Procurement Administrator:
• Manage and maintain ERP Product records and purchase price agreements.
• Support in part code creation and maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Support colleagues (8) in the Procurement team with systemic assistance.
• Be the lead for all EDI updates to ensure smooth interface with suppliers.
• Raising return purchase orders for supplier goods rejected.
• Assist in handling confidential information with discretion.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
