Director of Operations - Building Surveyor Job in Sevenoaks, Kent

Director of Operations - Building Surveyor job for an established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Sevenoaks, Kent. The role will be supporting the Directors with the view of progressing into a Director level role. Offering a salary of £75,000 - £90,000 (negotiable) + bonus + healthcare + future share options. You will be joining a growing consultancy with a strong pipeline of work in the residential/affordable housing sector.

The role will be supporting the technical delivery of projects, fee projections, team leadership including performance appraisals for their surveying teams across London and Sevenoaks. They deliver major urban regeneration, remedial, high-rise, building safety case work, measured building surveys and retrofit surveys for Local Authorities, Developers, Housing Associations and Property Management companies.
