Our client is an employee owned multi-disciplinary practice in Sevenoaks, who is currently seeking candidates for an Architect job opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of projects spanning residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more.

Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including Architectural, building surveying and project management.

Current projects include large- and small-scale residential development and healthcare projects. Due to continued success they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities
• Work on projects across all RIBA stages
• Developing drawing packages
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws
• Assess risks and create Health and Safety Plans according to regulations
