We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our prestigious client in Redditch for one weeks holiday cover starting Monday 24th June 2024. You will be providing a front of house service as well as providing general admin support to HR and other areas as required.

Redditch - B98

£11.44 per hour

Working Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Are you an experienced Receptionist with good admin skills?

As Receptionist You Will Be
• Handling and transferring inbound calls as well as meeting and greeting visitors
• Providing general Admin Support
• Ordering supplies and stationary
• Booking meeting rooms and diary management
• Keeping track of staff holidays, absenteeism and which staff are working form home

The Ideal Candidate Will Be
• Well presented and professional with previous Receptionist experience
• Have good all-round Admin and organisational skills
• Possess excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
