We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with a proven ability to manage financial transactions and records accurately. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
• Reconcile all accounts within financial statements.
• Perform partial checks of the posting process.
• Complete monthly sales tax returns and other tax forms.
• Enter data, maintain records, create reports, and prepare financial statements.
• Post various journal entries to the general ledger for month-end and year-end closings.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for financial statements.
