Description

1) Develop and maintain quality control practices and procedures for the manufacturing process.
2) Assist in monthly production planning.
3) Responsible to generate the weekly / monthly report for the Company's product quality log activity report.
4) Responsible for daily weight test and metal detector test and update record accordingly.
5) Conducts inspection of materials on site and rejects those not in accordance to approved specifications.
6) Prepare the training material, and educate the staff on the process of the production operation and quality check.
7) Monitor cleanliness of factory compound including production, packing, warehouse, toilet and surrounding.
8) Responsible for workers hygiene and PPE checking.
9) To record and control usage of chemical / detergent used for cleaning purpose.
10) Responsible for ISO documentations.
11) To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
