Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Central Java. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for handling HR policies, employee relations, and labor and employment law compliance. Additionally, the role involves performance management, and the implementation of HR strategies. The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
